Painted Brick - Dull, peeling paint on this beautiful old neo-Italian house made it the eyesore of an upscale neighborhood. The old common clay bricks, which are softer than today's high-fired bricks, had been painted twice with oil-based paint. The combination of the brick's porosity and the oil paint's ability to penetrate the surface made for a tough cleaning combination. Click here or on the picture to read how we brought this house back to it's wonderful natural state.

Stained Brick - This restored historic home's exterior was of old common clay brick, which is softer and more porous than today's high-fired bricks. In addition, the mortar between the bricks was soft and beginning to spall (flake off). Click here or on the picture to the left to read more about this case study.

Mildew Stained Stone Facade - This beautiful home's exterior was marred by years of water stains and mold. Click here or on the picture to the left to read more on how we could restore your home's beauty like we did with this one.

All Wood Surfaces - The owners of this historic house wanted a quality paint job that would last as long as possible. We removed nearly all the existing paint from crevices and corners as well as main surfaces. Click here or on the picture to the left to learn more on how we care for all types of wood surfaces.

Siding Thumbnail Vinyl & Aluminum Siding - don't peel and don't need painting for a long time, but both kinds will definitely oxidize (or "chalk") due to sunlight and weather breaking down their pigments. Eventually, oxidation will destroy the factory-applied paint. Vinyl and Aluminum siding also discolor when they collect coatings of soot, industrial sulfur, pollen, rust, and especially mildew, either in shadowed areas or where water runs down. Roof Thumb Roofs - suffer from dirt, rain, mildew, and leaves (which decompose into carbon and other elements). Click here or on the picture to the left to see what step we take to protect your investment.
